Shipping & Handling Policy
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

3. Shipping Rates & Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be advertised on our website.
4. International Shipping
- We ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on your country’s regulations.
- These additional charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
- Delays in customs are beyond our control and may extend the delivery timeframe.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- It may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
- If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 7 days, please contact us at contact@bdayprint.com.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
- A package is considered lost if there are no tracking updates for 15 business days (U.S.) or 21 business days (international).
- If your order is lost in transit and has not been marked as delivered, we will offer a free replacement or refund.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check with neighbors or building staff.
- Contact the carrier to file a non-receipt claim.
- If unresolved after 15 business days, email us with your case number, and we’ll assess a potential replacement or refund.
7. Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can:
- Reship the order (customer covers the shipping cost).
- Issue a refund (excluding shipping fees).
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order to avoid delivery issues.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
- You can modify or cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is locked for processing and cannot be changed.

9. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at contact@bdayprint.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- A description of the issue.
- We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
10. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During peak seasons (such as holidays and promotional sales), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering in advance to ensure timely delivery.
