Return policy

1. Order Cancellation

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered production. Production typically begins within 12 hours after your order is placed. Once production starts, our vendors are no longer able to accommodate cancellations or modifications.

2. Address Change

We verify addresses using a third-party system. If your order is flagged with an Address Issue and you fail to correct it within 3 days from the order submission date, your order will be automatically canceled. Ensure any corrections are submitted promptly before production begins.

3. Lost in Transit

An order is considered lost in transit if it does not arrive at the shipping address within the standard shipping timeframe. Note that delays can occur and shipping windows may vary.

Important: Lost-in-transit claims must be made within 60 days of the order date. Claims submitted beyond 60 days may be denied.


4. Reprint & Refund Policy

We aim to deliver perfect products, but in rare instances where mistakes occur, we offer reprints or refunds based on the issue type. Supporting photo evidence is required to initiate a claim. Depending on the situation, the cost may be covered by either BdayPrint or you.

If an order is reprinted with upgraded shipping, the customer is responsible for the upgraded shipping cost.

4.1 Cases Covered by BdayPrint

We will cover the reprint or refund cost under the following conditions:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • Your order is lost in transit, and the original address was accurate.
  • Shipping exceeds the estimated timeframe.

To request a return:

  • Submit your request within 14 business days of receiving your order.
  • Requests after 14 days will not be accepted.
  • Contact us at contact@bdayprint.com with clear photo evidence showing the issue.
  • Returned items must be shown on a flat surface, with visible defects and tags.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Cases Not Covered by BdayPrint

We do not offer refunds or reprints for the following:

  • You selected the wrong size or product during checkout.
  • Your order is still within standard production and shipping times.
  • You provided an incorrect shipping address.
  • Tracking shows “Delivered” but you claim it was not received.
  • The courier made delivery attempts but failed due to recipient issues.
  • You are dissatisfied with standard manufacturer print quality tolerances.

4.3 Photo Requirements for Reprints and Refunds

Submit the following photos to qualify:

a) Apparel Products

  • Entire product showing the design
  • Damaged area or neck label
  • Shipping label (optional)

b) Wall Art

  • Entire product with design visible
  • Backside of the product
  • Damaged area clearly visible
  • Shipping label (optional)

c) Other Products

  • Full product with design visible
  • Close-up of the damage
  • Shipping label (optional)

d) Wrong Items

  • All received items in one photo
  • Shipping label (optional)

Measurement Guidelines:

  • Chest – 1 inch below armhole (flat)
  • Body length – Shoulder to bottom (back)
  • Sleeve length – Center back neck to hem

e) Acceptable Product Discrepancies

Minor differences (e.g., 1–2 inches in fabric size or print placement) may occur and are considered acceptable.
For apparel, a size discrepancy of up to 2 inches may occur depending on the manufacturer’s tolerance levels.


5. Returns Policy

We do not accept physical returns for custom products. If returned, the item may not be eligible for refund or reprint. All issues must be reported via email or contact form with supporting images.


6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. Each item is made to order and we do not hold inventory.


7. Substitution Policy

If a product is out of stock, we may substitute it with a comparable item that matches in color and quality. No customer approval is needed for substitutions.

  • If a suitable substitute isn’t available, the order will be canceled and refunded.
  • Substitutions are final and not eligible for refund or replacement unless defective.

8. Special Requests

8.1 Bulk Discount

We do not offer bulk discounts or wholesale pricing. Bulk orders will be packaged together where possible.

8.2 Custom Packaging

We do not offer custom inserts or packaging. All packaging is standardized by our production partners.
